We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to act as a strategic business partner for a global production company. This key role involves driving financial planning, pricing, forecasting, and analysis to support our global operations and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and refine the company's financial strategy and long-term plan
- Offer insights and recommendations on the financial impact of business decisions to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Manage the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set financial goals
- Lead the development of accurate financial forecasts, identifying key drivers and potential risks
- Perform detailed financial analyses, including variance, trend, and scenario modeling, to inform decision-making
- Provide regular reports and insights on key financial metrics and performance against targets
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Work with Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments to gather data and insights for financial planning
- Collaborate with the accounting team to align financial planning with actual results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
