We are seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join our team at our facility in Rockford, IL, 61109. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills in PLC, electrical, mechanical, and CNC machines.
Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and repair of PLC systems
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in machinery
Identify and fix mechanical problems in equipment
Troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure proper functioning
Provide on-site support to customers for equipment guarding and installation
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance
Qualifications
Demonstrated PLC troubleshooting skills
Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities
Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting techniques
Experience troubleshooting CNC machines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
