Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination and Execution:

Lead the planning and execution of bi-annual employee events, both virtual and in-person.

Manage all logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless events.

Enhancing Engagement

Organize and oversee additional activities like summer picnics and special events throughout the year.

Creative Concept Development

Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop exciting event themes that resonate with our company culture.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work collaboratively with teams across HR, Facilities, and Employee Experience to ensure events are executed flawlessly.

Budget Management And Evaluation

Manage event budgets effectively and conduct post-event evaluations to continually improve our offerings.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for creating memorable experiences.
