Here's what you can expect as a Sr. Director, Social Work at DaVita:
Functions as the Village Social Worker Team’s clinical lead responsible for quality, education, and social work services.
Works in partnership with other corporate departments to analyze and assist in the development of programs and training tools to meet those goals, including other clinical lane leads from across the Village.
Responsible for the implementation of programs to improve patient quality outcomes by providing training, education, project management and support for the clinical teammates in both our dialysis centers and value-based care programs.
Spearheads behavioral health innovation in integrated care for kidney patients, in and outside of the clinic.
Bridges communication outside the DaVita village to form and strengthen relationships with the broader dialysis, nephrology community.
Oversees social worker quality and education for the Village, provides trends and data analysis related to outcomes and education.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drives social worker clinical outcomes, including implementation, monitoring, and reporting
Manages Village Social Worker Team, providing training, coaching, and ongoing performance management
Leads and provides critical input into behavioral health innovation for integrated care for kidney patients
Drives the implementation of training materials/revisions in collaboration with the Training & Education team; ensures timely completion of required training for clinical teammates
Manages compliance/regulatory adherence, including but not limited to, ensuring training programs meet external regulations requirements; develops action plans and strategies for addressing deficiencies
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Master's Degree - Master of Social Work (MSW) required
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in social work required
Behavioral health experience – diagnosing, providing therapy/clinical interventions
Minimum of five years’ management and/or administrative experience
Minimum of two years’ project management and/or project implementation experience
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Prior experience managing teammates, including remote preferred
Highly effective communicator
Experience in value-based care or similar clinically focused programs with a track record for clinical excellence preferred
Highly organized with an ability to drive new clinical processes into routine habits

Salary/ Wage Range
$110,100.00 - $161,700.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
