  • 10+ years of healthcare IT leadership experience
  • 6+ years of experience working within the Epic EMR system
  • Epic RevCycle and Ambulatory applications leadership experience (required)
  • Training oversight experience


  • Accountable for the processes and systems used to support the technology within the orgs computing and clinical environments
  • Responsible for implementing and supporting of the underlying computing systems architecture and integrating the teams that support this environment


  • Director of Epic AMB and Training, along with the Manager of the RevCycle team report up through this position
  • Oversight of 3 Patient Access Analysts, 5 Ambulatory Analysts & 4 Billing Analysts: Cadence/Prelude/Welcome/Ambulatory/MyChart/HB/PB
