Sr Director, Finance (based in Sarasota, FL)

As a Sr Director of Finance for our Client's fast growing BU, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success and operational efficiency within our Client's organization. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can balance financial acumen with a hands-on, proactive approach to optimize processes, enhance profitability, improve forecasting, and support sustainable growth across their global locations. This position is based in Sarasota, FL.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with long-term growth and short-term results, in collaboration with leadership.
• Enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing processes, optimizing resource allocation, and managing cash flow effectively.
• Creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and models to align with strategic goals and ensure financial health.
• Overseeing accurate financial reporting, compliance with standards, and integration of new businesses.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks, implementing internal controls, and fostering ethical behavior.
• Leading and developing a high-performance financial team, and collaborating across departments for aligned objectives.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Proven experience as a senior finance executive in a public, global, multi-location organization.

• Possesses fifteen years of current Finance/Accounting experience, plus five years in a functional leadership capacity, demonstrating ability to apply knowledge and skills in a business environment and attain objectives.
