Responsibilities

  • Represent the Medical Affairs department in meetings with regulatory agencies.
  • Provide leadership for the Medical Affairs Strategy department, overseeing activities by CD/MA Medical and Clinical Directors globally.
  • Drive medical affairs strategies related to data generation, dissemination, and overall scientific and business strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization’s management philosophy and agenda.
  • Oversee CD/MA medical and clinical directors in designing, conducting, and interpreting clinical trials and research.
  • Coordinate scientific and medical activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Support opinion leader development for key products and therapeutic areas.
  • Ensure high-quality and efficient performance of the CD/MA medical affairs strategy team.
  • Meet agreed-upon timelines for projects.
  • Develop and maintain a strong team accountable for day-to-day product management.
  • Participate in managing the CD/MA department budget and financial planning.
