As demand for GoodPop products continues to grow, efficient manufacturing and supply chain coordination will be critical to the brand's success. We are seeking an experienced leader to build the future integrated supply chain network for GoodPop. This role will be pivotal as this leader will oversee product commercialization and the implementation of transformative ways of working with GoodPop's current and new contract manufacturers. The Senior Director will ensure our innovation, sourcing, planning, manufacturing, and customer service teams stay coordinated as we expand our portfolio and evolve our supply chain network.
Duties/Responsibilities
Strategic and tactical responsibility for integrated operations across the supply chain in alignment with overall GoodPop strategy and growth agenda
Establishment of GoodPop's Standards of Quality, contract manufacturer Codes of Conduct, key manufacturing processes and KPIs
Management of operations, including onboarding of new supplier partners, implementation and maintenance of efficient ways of working, and compliance with product specifications and quality standards
Ownership of operational KPIs, including attainment and financial efficiency of contract manufacturers
Draft, negotiate, and ensure compliance with manufacturing contracts
Collaboration with planning teams to ensure demand, supply, materials, and all requirements planning support overall Sales & Operations Plan
Leadership of annual pre-planning sessions, monthly operation calls, and quarterly business reviews with co-manufacturers
Partner with leadership to build a more consolidated supply chain network that enables primary and secondary production across all product groups, and delivers high quality and greater efficiency
Grow into leadership of cross-functional Innovation Project Team(s) to commercialize new products with appropriate co-manufacturers
Coordination with Logistics team to ensure efficient inbound delivery of raw materials and outbound delivery of finished goods
Coordination with Procurement team to align long term capacity plans with raw material sourcing needs
Compliance with co-manufacturing agreements, including financial terms
Escalation of risks and concerns that could impact GoodPop service levels, quality, or cost
Information flow between GoodPop and co-manufacturers complies with agreed to ways of working, including regular inventory, pre-planning, attainment, and financial reporting
Accurate and timely reflection of operations in GoodPop ERP
Required Skills/Abilities
10+ combined years of food manufacturing and supply chain experience
Leadership of cross-functional teams and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Passion for and ability to execute continuous improvement plans and value improvement
Advanced skills in manufacturing ERP (ie Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, etc)
Expert skills in Excel for data analysis, modeling and visualization
Remote position with travel (25%)

Salary: $150000 - $165000 per year
