The Sr. Outreach Coordinator conducts in-person trainings with hospital and birthing center staff across the state on the importance of having both parents documented on a child’s birth certificate. He/she also builds relationships with local community partner organizations to help inform expectant families on the birth documentation process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.
Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.
Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.
Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.
Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.
Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.
Stay updated on project details and changes.
Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.
Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
Traveling is required in the state of Louisiana

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Can present to a large group of people
