Job Description
As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee and manage compliance within the organization, ensuring that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines. Your role will include reviewing employee work, developing company policies, and responding to policy violations.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s compliance program to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to detect compliance issues, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability, and develop corrective action plans
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff regarding regulatory compliance matters
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on necessary compliance requirements
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and external advisors as needed on compliance-related issues
  • Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the senior management
  • Facilitate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, specifically in commercial lending and brokerage
  • Thorough knowledge of the financial industry’s standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
