What will your day look like? As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will:
Document requirements so that they help both technical and non technical resources reach a mutual understanding of the work. Analyze requirements for web applications and REST APIs.
Influence priority setting and negotiate trade offs with Product Owner and other team members.
Lead story mapping and breakdown as well as grooming sessions.
Track and estimate time required to complete work for financial tracking and project budgeting.
Develop program designs to ensure efficient and reliable operations while adhering to requested technical configurations.
You will be a good fit for the Senior Business Systems Analyst role if you have:
Strong experience with all facets of business analysis including requirements gathering, documentation, meeting facilitation, and story mapping.
Experience with Agile and documents NFRs.
Experience with data mapping, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with domain and user observation and analysis.
Experience with Kanban, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
Experience with example mapping and behavior driven development is a plus.
Experience with domain driven design and testing web applications is a plus.
