We are looking to hire a high-energy professional to join a successful management team of an established, fast-growing retail group. This is the chance for a driven individual with a hands-on approach to advance to the next level. Our current need is for a strong Retail General Manager. Sports retail experience is a plus.

Retail General Manager Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations as a Retail General Manager for this busy location
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Take disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure consistent quality of product, and overall guest experience as the General Manager
  
  

Retail General Manager Requirements

• Winning personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 4 years of Retail General Manager experience
• Strong motivation and great work ethic
