Sport & Entertainment Coordinator - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our Sports and Entertainment team as an Account Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment and who possesses a deep understanding of pop culture, social media trends, entertainment, and sports.

**Job Description**

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sports & Entertainment team in managing client business operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in maintaining relationships with clients, talent, vendors, and partners, managing daily deliverables and projects across multiple clients, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day project activities related to influencer marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and event management.
  • Conduct research, source, and assist in contracting talent, influencers, events, and sponsorships that align with target demographics and client goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with talent managers, agents, record labels, sponsors, and event management vendors.
  • Maintain and update weekly status reports for all projects and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agency departments such as Legal, Social, Media, Production, Account Management, and PR.
  • Create informative one-sheets for influencer recommendations.
  • Maintain monthly competitive, project, and budget reports, including client contact reports and campaign completion reports.
  • Manage Influencer Marketing contract status grid and FTC compliance tracking documents.
  • Register talent for payment, submit invoices, and oversee the budget process for influencers, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Stay informed about trends, influencers, and leaders in the influencer marketing and event management industries.
  • Work in a metric-based performance evaluation environment.
  • Demonstrate a team player attitude, ready to learn, grow, and support the team.

  • Be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary aspects of the business.
  • Demonstrate proven attention to detail and timely follow-up.
  • Have knowledge of influencer management, contract negotiations, and agency processes.
  • Be proficient in computer software, including internet, email, GSuite, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively in both in-office and remote settings.
  • Be willing to travel up to 30-50% to remote locations for extended periods.

**Experience**

  • College degree is required.
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, sponsorship, influencer marketing, or event management is necessary.
  • Agency/Account experience is a plus.

**Additional Information**

This position requires the candidate to be located near our office in El Segundo, CA, and to work from the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with Monday and Friday being work-from-home days. Attendance in the office on these three days is mandatory.
