Summary
As a Spend Management Services Director, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with a leading Hospital Provider to enhance their supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate closely with hospital leadership, leveraging our extensive contract portfolio to drive cost savings and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hospital representatives to identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic contract utilization.
Analyze hospital spending data to prioritize contract implementation based on potential savings.
Work cross-functionally to develop and amend contracts to meet specific hospital needs.
Coordinate with our team to align on common goals and budget requirements.
Negotiate supplier contracts tailored to client requirements while maintaining transparency with internal stakeholders.
Lead implementation plans for designated contracts, ensuring successful execution through client engagement.
Research hospital spending trends to uncover additional cost-saving opportunities.
Contribute to committee agendas and follow through on action items to drive continuous improvement.
Manage contract administration and facilitate supplier interactions to meet client and company objectives.
Support bid efforts, conduct data analysis, and engage hospital stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
Preferred relevant degree.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Related Fields.
Knowledge of hospital supply chain operations preferred.
Strong background in healthcare contracting and negotiation skills highly desired.
Experience in indirect/purchased services contracting considered a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
