Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school program of Speech Language Pathology Assistant- new grads are welcomed to apply
Licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas by anticipated start date
Experience in pediatrics and bilingual are a plus but necessarily required
Job Duties
Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with communication disorders
Identify functional speech defects and establishes a plan of care to improve patient’s function
Implement programs to promote the development of communication skills
