3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing and/or integration environment
Manage Material Review Areas (MRAs)
Responsible for the storage, organization, processing, and inventories of nonconforming hardware.
Develop and maintain metrics to visualize the health of our site quality and the throughput of MRAs.
Provide training and/or assistance to other team members in the use of quality acceptance processes, procedures, and/or tools.
Support the review and inspection of supplier-related hardware as needed.
Coordinate/manage issues in a timely professional manner to achieve business unit goals
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional team relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Desired:
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management System and/or related quality systems and programs
Aerospace, space launch, military, automotive or commercial aviation industry experience
Related experience within a start-up environment, transitioning a product from development, through production to operations
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Proven experience in managing Material Review Areas and nonconforming materials.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
