About This Role

This position is for a seasoned professional in Manufacturing Operations, who works independently, monitors manufacturing operations by analyzing cell performance and productivity. Coordinates scheduling activities and sequencing of work. Works across operations disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads medium size programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility and recommends appropriate adjustments.
  • Manages important suppliers and develops milestones, program plans, schedules and budgets for programs.
  • Consolidates and presents plans and progress reports.
  • Prepares and presents value-stream strategy, progress, and results.
  • Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
  • Guides continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Identifies and reacts to program problems and supports solutions, such as allocation of resources and changing contractual specifications.
  • Coordinates responses to customer action items.
  • Must be willing to travel between 25%-50% nationally and internationally

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 4+ years program/project management, manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise. 
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.  
  • High degree of independence 
  • Problem solving attitude with focus on teamwork 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint) 
  • Engage with program team daily and provide solutions to potential risks 
  • Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic vision with ability to execute 
  • Ability to work on complex problems in an ambiguous environment 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Power BI, JDE (SAP support) systems.
