Role Overview
We're on the lookout for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing our sales incentive programs and providing insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with our FP&A and Sales Ops teams, you'll deliver data-driven dashboards for our senior leadership while championing the refinement and enhancement of our sales incentive policies.
Key Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of our intricate commission incentive policies and processes.
Source and analyze data from various departments including Billing, Sales, and Executive Operations to facilitate commission calculations.
Accurately compute commission incentive payments in alignment with our incentive plan guidelines.
Conduct thorough reviews of commission reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with our BI team to swiftly address any issues raised by our client partnership team.
Prepare and evaluate sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the development of annual budgets and frequent forecast updates using Pigment for revenues, margins, and expenses.
Provide support for onboarding, budgets, and other administrative tasks related to BILL's Spend & Expense platform.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and financial analyses as required, including business planning and corporate policy initiatives.
Collaborate with the Head of FP&A and Sales Ops on additional tasks as assigned.
Foster strong partnerships with our global finance teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, data analysis, or sales operations.
Prior experience within the media, digital, or tech industries is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with Salesforce, BILL, and Pigment is highly desirable.
Experience working in international settings is a plus.
Proven ability to be a hands-on contributor.
Demonstrated capacity to handle highly confidential information.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., vLookup, pivot tables, etc.).
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple functional teams.
Outstanding financial, analytical, and modeling capabilities.
