POSITION TITLE: Affiliate Marketing Specialist
REPORTS TO: Brand and Performance Marketing Manager
Position Summary
The position will support the Affiliate marketing channel through various executional tasks in support of meeting yearly goals within the Performance Marketing Team. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners, agency management, supporting promotional offers, tracking performance metrics, recruitment of new partners and optimizing campaigns to drive sales and revenue. This position will collaborate with various teams to execute affiliate marketing strategies and ensure program’s success. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills are essential for this role. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Brand and Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with agency partner, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives
- Analyze and monitor performance results of the affiliate channel and publisher base
- Develop and execute optimizations based on performance results as well as leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations
- Assess the potential impact of new affiliate partnerships, as well as supporting onboarding and management of new partners
- Create channel forecasts to ensure maximum ROAS
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and negotiate competitive commission structures
- Keep current on industry changes & competition providing recommendations on incremental opportunities
- Attend weekly meetings to receive artwork, business updates & promotional details, then communicating back to the channel managers
- Responsible for coordinating and submitting all affiliate modeling data
- Meet regularly with top publishers contacts to review partnership details
- Work closely with the Brand, Design & Copy teams on seasonal & promotional banner needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
- Additional performance marketing experience a plus (Paid Search, Paid Social)
- High degree of proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
- Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
