This is a full-time role for a Special Assistant at the Administration for Community Living (ACL) within the Center for Management and Budget in Washington, DC. The Special Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive, including leading contiuous quality improvement process, managing correspondence, conducting research and analysis, overseeing acquisitions, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Overseeing the development of agency funding plans and facilitating quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Experience with project management techniques to organize, plan, schedule, conduct, and analyze complex initiatives
- Experience serving as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) level II or III on contracts, task orders, IDIQs, or other acquisition vehicles
- Demonstrating skills and experience with leading continuous process improvement initiatives within a federal organization.
