About The Role
As Spa Director, you'll be the cornerstone of our luxury residential building's wellness and lifestyle offerings. You'll manage day-to-day spa and concierge operations, ensuring residents receive top-tier service that exceeds their expectations. This position requires an active Esthetician license and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Concierge Services
Warmly introduce new residents to our comprehensive concierge services
Coordinate a wide array of esthetician and spa treatments
Provide exceptional customer service, handling requests for housekeeping, pet care, entertainment bookings, transportation, dining reservations, and more
Manage resident communications and track service usage through our proprietary software
Event Management & Networking
Collaborate with our Creative Team to organize engaging programs and events
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and preferred vendors
Create and update a curated neighborhood guide for residents
Facility Management
Oversee daily operations, including maintenance requests, package handling, and amenity upkeep
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain open communication with property management
Wellness Program Coordination
Promote personal training, private instruction, and massage services
Gather and relay resident feedback on fitness and wellness offerings
Team Leadership
Train, educate, and coach on-site staff to maintain high service standards
Foster a positive work environment that encourages excellence and consistency
Qualifications
Active Esthetician license (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, high-end travel, or luxury retail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of property management software is a plus
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Multi-lingual capabilities are highly valued
