Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a client of ours located in Minneapolis, MN.

Hybrid Work Model: 3 days per week in office required

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with vendors across Operations and Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic projects
• Ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule, meeting user requirements
• Train users on new processes and technologies as needed
• Evaluate team performance and contribute to overall team success

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in a related field required; Bachelors or Masters degree preferred
• Strong background in purchasing, negotiation, and contracts
• Experience in vendor management and supply chain management
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems a plus
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and quality management practices

Education Requirements: College Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)
