Role Overview
As a Sourcing Senior Manager specializing in M&A, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey, overseeing strategic sourcing activities across diverse portfolios. Your focus will be on analyzing potential acquisitions and divestitures, identifying synergies, and developing integration plans that optimize our operational efficiency and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of procurement strategies, spend data, and organizational structures of potential acquisition targets.
Prepare detailed due diligence summaries and integration templates to facilitate seamless transitions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, AP, and IT, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of SCM activities.
Drive change management initiatives, including training and organizational realignments, to support successful integrations.
Monitor and report on the progress of synergy realization and cost savings initiatives post-acquisition.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement. Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Proven expertise in analyzing complex data and developing actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in M&A activities within a dynamic business environment is preferred.
Certifications such as Six Sigma or Supply Chain Management (CPM, ISM) are advantageous.
