Responsibilities

Client Liaison and Lead: Serve as primary client contact and lead for assigned programs.

Program Management: Negotiate and contract 100-200 programs annually worldwide.

Budget Management: Develop program and negotiation strategies to achieve best prices and client needs.

Supplier Management: Initiate RFP processes, negotiate prices and contracts, ensure contract accuracy.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership to teams, maintain positive team environment, and promote teamwork.

Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Travel Requirements: May require travel worldwide for client site inspections.

Qualifications

Education: College degree required.

Experience: Minimum five years in project, event, or meeting management, with at least two years in procurement.

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, experience with program management systems preferred, analytical skills.

Additional Details

Reporting: Reports to Operations Director or Operations Manager.

Working Relationships: Interacts with various internal departments and external stakeholders.
