Job Description:
Join our client as a Product Sourcing Manager, where you'll drive new product development and manage existing product lines through their retail lifecycles. This key role offers the opportunity to oversee our entire product catalog and work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote/On-site:
6 months, contract to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Source toys for Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee new product development from concept to retail strategy.
- Optimize product life cycles and pricing strategies.
- Manage and guide an offshore support team for sourcing and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience sourcing toys for Amazon.
- Proficient with Amazon tools (Keepa, Jungle Scout, Helium 10).
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
- Proven success in sourcing profitable products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
