About the Team:
The AMS Early Career team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing TikTok's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high-potential students.

The AMS Early Career team is now looking for an individual to support Campus Recruitment in the United States. This person will help with recruiting activities including intake meeting, pipeline management, internal/external sourcing, etc.

This role is a 6-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.

Responsibilities
1. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will cooperate with the recruiting team to align and meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncovering the best talent to join ByteDance globally.
2. In order to perform successfully, you need to be an excellent communicator who is persuasive and has great interpersonal skills, highly analytical and detail-oriented team player juggling many tasks at once.
3. Source candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database, forums, social platforms and professional networks across your assigned region).
4. Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support.
5. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
6. Develop a pool of qualified candidates, developing new channels of sourcing for our various locations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; a focus in Human Resources, Management, or Business is preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience working in talent acquisition supporting function.
3. Must have strong communication skills in both written and oral English language.
4. Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often across different timezones.
5. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Campus/Early Careers sourcing experience is preferred.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28- $50.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
