Job Title: Solutions Engineer

Role Overview: As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between their product development and sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, design solutions that address their needs, and ensure successful implementation and integration of our client's product. Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will be vital in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to their overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
  • Design and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements, leveraging your deep understanding of our product and its capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
  • Assist customers with the implementation and integration of our solutions, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Work with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions, helping to shape the future direction of our product.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution blueprints, integration guides, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, ensuring that our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement technical solutions that address customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing your time and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
