Technical Integrations Engineer

Inovio- Remote

What you'll be doing:

• Provide technical leadership to Sales and Client Support teams by translating the business needs of clients and prospective clients into technical solutions.
• Contributes to the sales process by working with sales to uncover the prospect’s current payment tech challenges, and future desired state, in order to find the best solution
• Gain deep technical understanding of Inovio’s Gateway, the value-added services and how they are applied in the payments ecosystem
• Liaising between Sales and Client Support to board new business efficiently
• Providing hands-on training to the sales team and prospects. Also responsible for leading demos for prospective clients
• Ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to transacting client.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client’s requirements
• Interfaces and provide consultative guidance to our partners
• Recommends new solutions and features to the Technical Product team, based on client feedback, so that Inovio remains competitive in the payment gateway space
• Collaborates with product teams to translate client’s business requirements into actionable technical requirements
• Partnering with technical project managers to ensure issues and defects are resolved quickly
• Creates and maintains product support documentation for troubleshooting, processes and tools for internal and external audience
  
  

What we need from you:

• BA in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS as a Developer, QA or Systems Analyst.
• 3+ yrs of SQL/JSON writing experience
• 2 years experience with E-Commerce platforms- preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience writing documentation
• A deep understanding of Payments APIs, Payments, PCI-DSS is preferred
• Experience with enterprise database systems (SQL Server or Oracle are preferred)
