Syntasa, developer of a leading no-code, low-code, and pro-code Data + AI platform seeks a self-motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious Solutions Consultant to join our Public Sector team. You will customize our existing solutions (and help develop new ones) that leverage our platform to meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a high level of technical capability, and ingenuity, as well as an ability to work independently and proactively moving actions forward, problem-solving, communicating, and collaborating.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with sales, partners, and services to develop leads and opportunities by creating problem statements, designing solutions, sizing projects, and writing proposals
● Create and document architectures and solution overviews for prospective clients leveraging on our existing solutions
● Conduct demonstrations of solutions to prospective clients during sales meetings
● Collaborate with partner’s technical sales teams to remove technical barriers, estimate cloud usage, and articulate integrated solutions
● Collaborate with internal technical teams to build custom demos for target opportunities
● Collaborate with project management and delivery team members to transfer knowledge and help address issues that may arise during delivery
Required qualifications:
● Experience understanding the complex needs of government and translating them into actionable data-driven solutions
● Ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences and build trust with government decision-makers
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain engagement over longer sales cycles
● Technical skills applied in the areas of cloud data analytics, AI/ML, and visualizations
● Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders within government agencies
● Familiarity with government IT procurement processes and security regulations
● Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or similar work experience
● Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
