About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect/Tech Delivery Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will lead a team of over 100 professionals through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of a Warehouse Execution System (WES) project. This project utilizes Azure SaaS along with other advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 100+ professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality delivery throughout the SDLC.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the WES project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Technology Strategy: Set strategic directions for technology adoption and implementation, particularly focusing on Azure SaaS and related technologies.
• Development: Develop Java-based microservices, APIs, and user interfaces for various applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the development and delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing best practices and standards.
• Professional Development: Foster the professional growth of team members through mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in leading large teams and managing complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing Java-based microservices, APIs, and user interfaces. Strong understanding of Azure SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing large, diverse teams. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Warehouse Execution Systems: Experience with Warehouse Execution Systems or similar projects.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure, project management, or software development.
