This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and integrated technology solutions to support SaaS go-to-market strategies. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and IT to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities

Works with enterprise & SFDC architects to design end-to-end technology solutions to support go-to-market strategies, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.

Develops and maintains architectural blueprints and documentation for the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Works with enterprise & SFDC architects to support the implementation and integration of technology solutions into the existing go-to-market stack, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity.

Defines data management and governance practices to ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data within the go-to-market technology stack.

Identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and scalability of the go-to-market technology stack, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Works with enterprise & SFDC architects to evaluate and recommend third-party vendors and technologies to augment the go-to-market stack, managing vendor relationships and contracts as needed.

Collaborates with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.

Provides technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in technology solutions.

Technical acumen with the ability to design and implement complex technology solutions, particularly in the areas of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required.

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's degree (or international equivalent), preferred.

2+ years of related experience, required. Including experience in solutions architecture and technology project leadership, with a focus on sales and marketing technology stack design and implementation.

5+ years of related experience, preferred.

Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of agile principles and practices and the ability to implement Scrum or other agile methodologies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration within teams.

Expert organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical acumen with ability to utilize release management and agile tools and technologies such as Jira, Gitlab, and Asana.

Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.

Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
