Perform the role of Solutions Architect / Tech Delivery Manager for a long-term client project. This leadership role demands an onsite presence in Cincinnati, Ohio, and entails overseeing the full lifecycle of a Warehouse Execution System powered by Azure SaaS and other on-premises technologies.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse team of over 100 full-time employees, overseeing the complete SDLC, including sprint, quality assurance, and performance teams, reporting directly to the Product Manager.
Spearhead the development landscape on the Java platform, emphasizing the creation of microservices, API-based functionalities, and UIs for mobile and portal applications.
Collaborate closely with operational managers, HR, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure adequate resource allocation and budget management.
Introduce and implement industry-leading SDLC practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. This includes managing fully managed release cycles within an Azure cloud environment.
As the lead consultant, encourage high-performance teams and cultivate a culture of positive engagement, growth, and professional development.
Develop multi-year strategic plans and oversee team operations across multiple locations.
