Are you a very technical sales professional or a very sales-oriented engineer? As a Solutions Architect, you will be directly responsible for generating and overseeing the growth of our cybersecurity sales opportunities, as well as providing highlights and guidance on sales forecasting, processes, reporting, enablement, and commercial market development You will own both the business and technical cases of opportunities while working closely with the cybersecurity team and play a key role in establishing growth strategies, partner growth, and solution development. This position is full-time onsite at our Scottsdale AZ office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to connect with C-level and senior level executives and deliver a clear message
Assess the security and technological needs of potential customers, as well as their business challenges
Work with prospective customers to develop and deliver a solution that achieves the security goals of the customer
Understand the security architecture of prospects and identify and present how we can support and secure their infrastructure
Develop presentation materials covering the technical and operational aspects of the business and how it delivers positive outcomes for customers
Understand the company product portfolio sufficiently to recommend solutions and answer implementation questions for prospective clients
Support marketing activities
Support Sales to develop proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and client requirements
Help prepare customer quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and deliver with support from TAM and CSM team
Attend trade fairs, conferences, and events actively, including speaking engagements and technical demos
Other duties as assigned
Experience in:
Experience with Managed Security Service Providers / Managed Detection and Response providers
Technical solutions engineering
Complex cybersecurity architectures
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or combined equivalent experience
Proven 5+ years track record of supporting commercial cybersecurity solutions and services
Experience designing and presenting technical solutions and services to meet client needs
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Professional presentation skills
Self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player, accountable
Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Must possess a high degree of intelligence, competence, maturity, adaptability, integrity and initiative
Clear, logical, and persuasive communication skills with an ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working with Sales and client contacts from business champion to the C-Level executive(s)
