We are seeking a strategic and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient architecture designs. Roles And Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, and project managers, to understand business needs and technical requirements.
Design end-to-end solutions architecture that integrates various systems, applications, and services to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop architectural blueprints and technical design documents outlining the structure, components, and interfaces of proposed solutions.
Technology Evaluation and Selection:
Evaluate emerging technologies, software products, and platforms to recommend the best-fit solutions based on business objectives, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and feasibility studies to validate technical feasibility and performance of proposed solutions.
Implementation Oversight and Guidance:
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to translate architecture designs into actionable development tasks and provide oversight to ensure architectural integrity.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify technical risks, challenges, and constraints associated with solution implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
Client Engagement and Presentation:
Present technical solutions, architecture designs, and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Participate in client workshops, meetings, and technical discussions to align technical solutions with business goals and objectives.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture design and solution delivery.
Drive innovation and process improvements within the architecture team and across the organization to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
