Solution Consultant

Company: The client is a leading provider of Digital Banking solutions for banks and credit unions across the country. Their tremendous growth in the market has them expanding their sales team.

Position : PreSales /Sales Engineer (what we call a Solution Engineer) is responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. Solution Engineers lead product demonstrations, help the Proposal Managers respond to RFP's and work with the internal project team to communicate the needs of the customer and how to deliver. We are looking for Commercial / Business Banking ,Treasury and Cash Management experience to join the sales engineering team to be the "expert" on working with deals involving Banks and discussions of commercial banking.

Target Market : Banks of all sizes

Location : Remote near a major airport

Compensation: base + bonus + excellent benefits!!!

Travel : 30-50% (4-6 overnights per month on average) for prospect meetings, onsite demos, sales meetings, conferences

Requirements :

• the ideal candidate is currently with Top 100 Bank and on the Commercial Banking side working with Treasury and Cash Management products. Someone who understands commercial banking and while loves banking, would prefer to be with a faster pace technology company.
• specific experience includes complex commercial functionality: international banking, treasury workstations, integrated payables and receivables, sophisticated reporting and supporting complex commercial organizations and industries.
