Solar Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring - Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on asset performance.
  • Operations and Maintenance - Help coordinate onsite preventative and corrective maintenance with third parties.
  • Community Solar - Assist in implementing customer acquisition strategy.
  • Financial Management - Help conduct financial analyses for solar assets including financial modeling, budgeting, and key metric tracking and reporting.
  • Asset Optimization - Help identify asset optimization opportunities including coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance and collaborating to address technical issues.
  • Regulatory and Compliance - Assist in corporate and project compliance objectives relative to contract, permit and program obligations.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Assist in regular communications with stakeholders regarding asset performance and financial matters.
  • Agrivoltaics - Assist in Agrivoltaics project operations.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in operations, business administration or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office 365 products
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and experience with performance monitoring software.
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail-driven
  • Experience with renewable energy industry would be a plus
