About the Role:

Job Title: ETL Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Data/ETL/Datawarehouse Testing.
• Strong experience in Control-M tool, or experience in any other scheduling tools.
• Experience in writing SQL queries, data modelling and analytical skills on large data sets.
• Prior experience executing, debugging and leading RCA in failures on control jobs.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, handling all the SQL objects.
• Strong understanding of End to End data warehousing systems from Data modelling to Reporting
• Experience in Informatica preferably, or experience in any ETL tool and knowledge in Informatica
• Experience in Agile Projects is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in IDQ and Tableau is an added advantage.
• Execute workflows in Informatica and debug and do RCA if failures are found.
• Experience in preparing the Test artefacts needed for project delivery.
• Experience in working with Business and UAT for demo of Test scenarios.
• Experience in working with offshore and delegating the work properly on a day-to-day basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-8 Years of ETL Testing Experience in Large Data warehouses.
• Ability to understand the scope of the work ask for clarifications and escalate to the right leads in case of issues/delays
• Advanced SQL skills. Including complex PL/SQL coding skills.
• Should have prior experience working with Control-M.
• Prior experience working/ troubleshooting Control M
• Proved track record creating complex PL/SQL scripts.
• Prior Experience in creating testing artefacts like Test Plan, Test Strategy, RTM, Defect Report and Test Closure.
• Prior experience as a data tester. Experienced in preparing test plans and executing test cases.
• Prior Experience in working with Business/ UAT /Offshore.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working within the Financial Domain

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
