We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our team in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring team members actively participate in product team ceremonies, improving the velocity and quality of team output, and shaping the overall QA strategy to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
Facilitate active participation of team members in Product Team ceremonies, including daily standups, grooming, retros, and planning sessions
Establish and uphold QA performance standards, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
Advocate for QA within our organization, contributing to the development and implementation of an overarching QA strategy aligned with company objectives
Ensure the quality, functionality, and user experience of the software product through manual testing, authoring tests, and building automated tests
Conduct regression and exploratory testing to ensure changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
Investigate and triage complex issues reported by the CX team, identifying root causes and providing near-term workaround solutions
Utilize advanced SQL and database relationship knowledge to contribute to the software application's data flow
Write comprehensive test plans for complex features/functionality, ensuring that every scenario is thoroughly tested.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Software Delivery Manager role or similar position
Proficiency in software tools such as 3M, Cerner Technologies, Confluence, CRM, About Time
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Strong knowledge of budget processes and the ability to manage resources effectively
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience in managing deliveries in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of QA automation, SQL, JavaScript, and Cypress
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in leading successful project delivery, from conception to completion
Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changes in the software industry and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies.
