Software QA Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Supervise an experienced Software QA department.
• Augment software testing capacity by performing software testing functions as needed.
• Develop quality standards and metrics.
• Plan and coordinate automated testing activities.
• Define and coordinate regression test plans.
• Work with software development team to develop procedures for software acceptance testing.
• Work with technical publication department to produce and update software user guides and release notes.
• Plan and coordinate workloads for software test engineers.
• Work with software department head to plan software releases.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience performing a software QA function.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with software management tools such as Azure DevOps
• Experience with automated software testing is highly desirable.
• Semiconductor equipment experience is a plus.
• Good planning communication skills.
• Good management and team building skills.
