Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Actively contributes to system analysis, design, development, and implementation for our existing Web and API applications.
Translate stories into design & code. Develop well-engineered code and test artifacts backed by automated tests.
Research and employ contemporary software development techniques to ensure quality and improve velocity of the team.
Elevate code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provide follow-up Production support. Submit change control requests and documents.
Follow Agile software development methodology. Follow architecture standards and best practices
Active role in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify and fix issues.
Contribute to developing and maintaining an inclusive and highly collaborative environment for the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field and/or equivalent training and experience.
Demonstrated experience with software engineering fundamentals including agile development, object-oriented design, data structures, and testable code.
Highly collaborative, a fast learner, and willing to work wherever you’re needed on the team.
Able to effectively communicate technical issues in a manner all can understand.
Able to work with Product Managers to prioritize work relative to both delivering business value and addressing technical debt.
2+ years of programming experience
