Lighthouse is seeking a highly skilled senior full-stack software engineer to work within an agile scrum team in our Product Development Organization. We are looking for highly skilled practitioners with passion for modern software development approach, implementing best practices, and highly attuned to latest industry trends. The chosen candidate will collaborate with the rest of the team(s) members to help achieve redesign initiatives of our product portfolio by applying software design techniques and design patterns that will scale alongside our fast-growing business demands.

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
The expected pay for this role will range from $99,050 to $141,500 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.

Lighthouse is seeking a highly skilled senior full-stack software engineer to work within an agile scrum team in our Product Development Organization. What will this person do?
- Build reusable technology components in modern .Net based frameworks, Node ecosystem, and web technologies.
- Work in a collaborative and fast pace agile environment to evangelize software development best practices.
- Design and implement HTTP/RESTful APIs.
- Evolve and improve team’s development and release management practices using CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
- Document system architecture through API documentation, system diagrams, and versioned wiki-based systems.
- Identify and champion mitigation of technical debt by adopting SOLID principles and Unit Testing patterns and practices.

- B.S. in Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent.
- Excellent skills in .Net Core, 3.x, .NET 5-6, .NET Framework 4.x, C#, Asp.Net MVC and WebAPI.
- Highly proficient with Cloud-Native architectures and technologies, i.e. public/private cloud, containerization, infra-as-code, and scaling.
- Drives adoption of DevOps practices using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Fluent in Git-based workflows, review process, and shifting left quality practices.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of designing, developing, debugging, and securing Asp.Net / C# applications.
- Ability to multi-task, analyze and problem solve.
- 2+ years of deploying and maintaining Production workloads built on .Net/IIS or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Desired, but not required:
- Experience in eDiscovery industry
- Experience with YAML based delivery pipeline for CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps)
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
