Looking for Full Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed
We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, so if you have a passion for healthcare and want to make a difference in the community, our organization could be the opportunity you are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Performs intake and psychosocial assessments.
Develops and presents treatment plans to CDRP/S treatment team for recommendations, revisions, and approval.
Participates in clinical case conferences.
Conducts chemical dependency focused educational lectures.
Provides general chemical dependency counseling to include individual and group counseling services.
Provides Adolescent, Significant Other, Family and Multi-Family therapy as assigned.
Provides case management services to include resource and referral coordination.
Qualifications:
A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or related field is required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW in the state of Oregon.
Minimum of two (2) years post graduate relevant supervised addiction medicine therapy experience within the last five (5) years required.
Salary:
$115k - $130k a year.
