We are accepting applications for a Social Services Director available to work:
Full-time
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation
Starting wage between $25.00/hour - $36.00/hour depending on experience

Social Services Director Requirements
Bachelor of Social Work required - Masters in Social Work preferred and/or eligible to apply for LSW
Minimum one year's experience required
Prefer one year's experience in a Geriatric setting
Clinical knowledge of medications, cognitive levels, and an understanding of mental health diagnosis/behaviors
Previous Supervisory experience preferred
Social Services Director
Serves as patient/resident advocate
Communicates the needs of patients/residents to the appropriate persons
Conducts and facilitates ongoing education to residents and facility personnel regarding patient/residents rights
Coordinates and attends patient/resident care conferences
Upholds confidentiality of all information provided by patients, residents, families, or facility personnel
Provides direction and supervision of department staff and interns
Daily knowledge and facilitation of admissions, discharges, room holds, level of care, and room/unit changes
Active participant of the Quality Assurance committee. Will assist the committee with information related to medical and psychosocial needs. Ensure processes, procedures and documentation meet resident/patient goals as well as state and federal regulations
Works with clinical staff to ensure appropriateness of placement, level of care, and unit
Participates in facility meetings as required
Documents patient/resident information with consistency and accuracy to meet specific goals and objectives
Salary: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
