Job Description:
We are seeking a creative individual with a strong interest in the beauty and hair industry to join our small but strong team as a Social Media and Influencer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and establishing relationships with influencers to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor and optimize social media performance using analytics tools.
Identify and engage with beauty and hair influencers to collaborate on brand campaigns.
Communicate and resolve any issues with clients and influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration and satisfaction.
Assist in other marketing and activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for the beauty and hair industry.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
Compensation:
Hourly wage + commission-based incentives.
