Sales & Social Media Coordinator


The Sales & Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for content creation, lead generation, customer engagement, marketing copy, blogs, social media posts, and other assets, as well as measuring their results. Strong writing skills for SEO, attention to detail, a proven track record in managing social media from creation to measurement, and exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The ability to connect with the college market is highly preferred. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, close-knit, deadline-driven work environment.


Responsibilities


  • Manage daily social media marketing, including creating posts, generating leads, and managing sales through engagement, promotions, and contests on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and refine a content creation, delivery, and measurement process for social media posts.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s social media calendar.
  • Edit videos to create compelling content for social media.
  • Knowledge of creating, designing, and maintaining a website, keeping up to date with relevant trends in the industry
  • Create Ad content for lead generation
  • Suggest content themes and relevant topics based on guest evaluations, guide feedback, and business needs.
  • Provide direction to and liaise with external bloggers.
  • Manage digital assets (photos, videos, art) and handle photo selection.
  • Serve as the analyst and editor-in-chief of all created content, front-facing social media pages, and measure engagement through to conversion.
  • Assist with other marketing projects as needed.


Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience in social media and marketing.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, others).
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of writing for SEO; experience in the travel industry and prior travel to Mexico or the Caribbean is a plus.
  • Proven critical thinking and collaborative skills.
  • Experience with WordPress and video editing.
