Responsibilities:

  • Gather behind the scenes content in our production facilities
  • Curate user-generated content and engage with our online community.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Write engaging and creative copy for social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagrm, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Assist in creating basic graphics and multimedia content and interface with the graphic design for more complex graphics when needed.

Data Analysis and Strategy:

  • Monitor social media metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Generate reports to inform and optimize social media strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Interface with the CEO to align social media strategies with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic software applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for 2-3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management or marketing internships.
  • Experience with Canva
  • Basic Photography/Videography Skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary


Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour


Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Internship Length: 8-12 months
