Hype and Vice is a women-founded company that is revolutionizing the licensed-apparel industry by providing cute, trendy, and officially licensed clothing that celebrates individuality and empowers women to express their fandom with pride. We started with 3 university licenses in 2016 and now have over 300 team licenses across the NCAA, NBA, and MLS leagues. Our products are now being sold in over 450 stores (and growing) nationwide.

The Role
Our creative team seeks a Social Media Intern to provide crucial support in content creation. The position requires on-site presence for 2-3 days per week.
This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to plan and create video and photo content that aligns with our strategic objectives, marketing goals, and brand identity.
Identify emerging trends and stay up-to-date with industry insights to grow brand visibility and increase overall engagement
Produce, film, edit, and post compelling TikTok videos that resonate with our audience.
Create captivating and visually appealing social media content tailored to Hype and Vice’s community.
Assist in formulating and managing social media strategies and content calendars.
Participate in executing innovative social media campaigns.
Monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
Perform additional tasks as required to support our team’s objectives.
Qualifications
Strong interest in social media marketing and trends.
Experience in TikTok and Instagram content creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Team player with effective communication skills.
Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
