Role Overview:
Seed Brklyn is looking for Part Time Social Media Manager. In this role you will help spearhead our social media strategies, ensuring that they are meticulously crafted and executed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in content creation and production, excels in communication, coordination, and project management.
Responsibilities:
Continue to develop and implement Seed Brklyn’s content strategies across all channels.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule, with 1-2 posts daily across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and Twitter.
Create, curate, and manage weekly and monthly content calendars, collaborating with team members for feedback and approval, communicated through Monday.com and Slack.
Provide in-depth weekly and monthly reports analyzing social media performance
Design and send out two engaging email newsletters per week.
Produce at least ten high-quality pieces of video and photo content each week.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on a weekly basis. Create detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
Engage with our community actively through comments, direct messages, and interactive posts.
Capture content at all Seed Brklyn Oasis Gallery experiences.
Create social media recaps including user-generated content and mentions for Oasis experiences.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a social media management role.
Demonstrated expertise in content management and the creation of engaging multimedia content.
Exceptional copywriting skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Ad Tools, and Pinterest Ads.
Proficient in SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
Familiar with web design, project management tools (like Monday.com), email marketing software (Klaviyo), and design platforms (Figma, Canva, Later).
Experience in cafe, retail, or events is a valuable plus.
