10PM Curfew is seeking a dynamic and experienced social media manager to manage the social media presence of a client in the health, wellness, and science industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, deeply understand social media trends, and can engage and grow an audience across multiple platforms. You will also manage parallel accounts in the health and wellness vertical.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance the client's online presence.
Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with business goals.
Identify and establish relationships with social media influencers and key opinion leaders in the science, genomics, health and wellness space.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and science.
