The Macallan Group, a leading digital marketing and media company, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing captivating social media campaigns for our clients who are primarily in the healthcare, legal, and professional services industries. You'll wear many hats, from crafting engaging content to filming on location, editing, and managing campaigns to drive brand awareness, education, and new patient acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media plans for assigned clients, aligned with their unique goals and target audiences.
Collaborate with clients to brainstorm content ideas, capture compelling stories, and film high-quality video and photo content (using phone or camera) on-site throughout New Jersey.
Edit video and photo content using user-friendly editing software.
Manage social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media advertising campaigns.
Analyze social media performance metrics and report key insights to clients, recommending adjustments to optimize campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure seamless content creation and distribution.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a relevant field.
Proven ability to create engaging and informative social media content (written, visual, and video).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic video editing skills using user-friendly software (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere Elements).
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
